Art Therapy – is a creative tool to help individuals express themselves freely
Within a therapeutic relationship to support, maintain, and improve the psychosocial, physical, cognitive and spiritual health of individuals of all ages. Art can be a tool for communication and connection – a way to express thoughts and emotions too difficult to put into words. It focuses on expressing your emotions through; art, images, colours, shapes, body awareness, play, story telling, creative writing, movement, sounds, breath work and meditation.
