Experience a harmonious blend of soundscapes, breath awareness, body-focused techniques, and movement therapy to help you unwind and ground into the present moment. This inner journey offers the gentle support of yin yoga and reiki, promoting balance and relaxation as you integrate the experience. 

You will explore a gentle awakening through expressive movement therapy, releasing tension from both the physical and energetic body. This therapeutic process invites you to activate your inner brilliance and intuitive power as you come home to yourself. As we slow the journey down, you will have time to pause in Shavasana, allowing space for deep rest and grounding.
